Republic Cup excitement enjoyed at the CIU Arena

Within the framework of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus’ (TRNC) republic anniversary celebrations, the first leg of the “November 15 Air Guns Republic Cup” competitions took place, which is included within the 2021 activity program of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Shooting Federation.

At the competitions held at the CIU Arena Sports Complex Air Guns Shooting Range, competing were approximately 50 Olympic and 10 Paralympic athletes from 6 clubs, where the rules of the International Shooting Sports Federation were valid.
Within the scope of the Covid-19 precautions, the competition was divided into two legs, with the first stage of the competition held on 5-6 November 2021. During the first week, the shooters within the air pistol category completed their shots.

The clubs competing within the competitions are as follows:

2- CIU
3- LEVENT
4- ALAYKÖY
5- POLICE HEADQUARTERS
6- BOZDAĞ
